“Prior to attending a safety seminar please review and abide by current CDC, State and Local health guidelines.”
Everyone is invited to register and attend; EAA or chapter membership not required. Some will choose to fly in and others may choose to drive and there is ample parking for both airplanes and cars.
A Simulator-Based Scenario Guided-Discussion will be Conducted During the Meeting and the Topic will be: NON-PRECISION APPROACHES TO MINIMUMS
In the time remaining, we will review the Wings Program and discuss how to make it work for you. Until then, stay safe and we hope to see you at the meeting.
What is the purpose of the IMC/VMC Club:
The IMC/VMC Club is an EAA’s Flight Proficiency Center’s initiative and provides an organized "hangar flying" opportunity at each meeting. This meeting is open to all current, non-current, and future pilots! Membership in the EAA is encouraged generally but is not required to participate in this meeting…and there is no fee.
Our purpose is to create a community of pilots to share information, foster communications, promote a safety culture, and build flying proficiency.
What should I bring:
Bring your thoughts, experiences, and questions and be willing to share them with the group as the meeting is designed to be interactive and participatory. A guided discussion is a fundamental element of the IMC Club meeting. Many have found it helpful to have a copy of their reference charts, flight or GPS manual, and the like. If you navigate with an iPad, EFB or EFD, you might want to reference it as well.
