Interesting information. I was surprised by several things. I didn't realize that a wooden prop is mandatory with 1/2 VW's because of the vibration of the engine. I was also surprised about the comment about only 200 to 300 FPM climb rate. I expected that since the high end versions generate 45+hp and high torque that the FPM would be pretty good. The 200 to 300 FPM I think the presenter is stating this is for his Belite Cub. Much of the presentation is pretty basic engine information as the title suggests.
